Customer Satisfaction

At The Celtic House customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please follow these three easy steps to return your item for return or exchange.

1. Print and complete this RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM as best as possible.
2. Call 0149 6810 304 and speak with one of our friendly Customer Service professionals to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Box up your merchandise in the original packaging if you have it. The goods should be well-packed so that we receive them in good condition. Please include the top half of your RMA form in the box. Send it back to us, postage paid, using the shipping label on the bottom half of the RMA form. Please allow a minimum of 21 days for us to receive and process your return. We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges).

Our Guarantee

All items purchased from TheCelticHouse.co.uk are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You may return anything purchased from us within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. Depending upon product availability, we will exchange or replace it with another item of equal value. If you just don’t like it or it’s not what you expected, simply return it and we will credit your credit card. We do not want you to have to keep anything from the The Celtic House Online Shop with which you are not completely satisfied.

Security

At The Celtic House, protecting your personal information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only The Celtic House is able to decode your information. Once you are in the checkout area, to be sure your connection is secure, look at the top left-hand corner of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser), the SSL is active and your information is safe.

At The Celtic House, your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade email addresses. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and your email address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order.

How to Order

Ordering online from the The Celtic House Online Shop is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you’ll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total pound amount purchased so far. You will also be able to see which items are in stock and which items are awaiting replenishment. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area.

International Orders

We are currently delivering orders within the United Kingdom only. Most items featured in the The Celtic House Online Shop may be purchased from the shop in Bowmore, Islay. You can also contact our Customer Service department if you would like to order directly. The Customer Service department is open Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 5:00pm GMT. All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept VISA MASTERCARD and PAYPAL for online purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
