Description
Islay, Past and Present – 100 Years of Change. Between 1903 and the 1940s, Archibald Cameron took thousands of photographs of Islay, many of which were turned into postcards. Mark Unsworth has selected more than a hundred of these from the collection at the Museum of Islay Life. These have been paired with his own photographs from the same viewpoints to show the degree of change in the landscape. Black and white photographs throughout with brief captions.
